The hotel sector has seen better days. ADR is down, occupancy rates are down, and business travel has been cut in half.

I feel now is the time for the smart investor to buy...prices have been cut by at least 30% on a per key basis.

One who can see beyond the bad times wiil prosper immensely when times get good and the hotel sector bounces back.

Yes its hard to get funding, but the over seas buyer is still strong - thanks to the weak dollar.

If hotels are what you seek then look no further.
