Million Dollar Listing

Hello all I am Shareef Wiggan.  I have been in Real Estate for about 6 years now as an apprentice to a Developer who happens to be my dad.  We have closed on multiple properties on the eastern sea board. Now my father focuses on Baltimore MD. And I have taken the reins to control the business in NY. 

    I am starting to get involved in Commercial Real Estate because I want to broaden my horizons.  I have been involved with commercial RE for 1 yr. I haven't had any deals but for this past year and a couple months I have been putting together a very good buyers list with people that I know definitely can close.  I feel it's time now to start finding sellers for my buyers.  It's time to really get to work.
